In the 7th issue of The Rossiysky kosmos jornal was published the article
- The most important and prolonged phase of the "Mars-500" uniq project has begun. (NIICHIMMASH specialists participating in the project).
The "Russia-France-Mars" discussion in which the round-table participants tried to give answers to complicated issues such as Why do we need cosmos? Why do we spend money on space research and whether such expenses are justified? is also of interest.
11.05.10. At a meeting of JSC NIIchimmash`s sci.-tech. council the issue regarding the "Introduction of new state standards developed under JSC NIIchimmash`s guidance was reviewed. On vessel strength calculation and support provided in the course of their operation". The paper was presented by I.V.Sukharnikova, senior researcher of the strength department.
April 12th is the professional holiday of all those who are engaged in space activity such as research institutes, rocket & space engineering plants and many other people. In the fifth issue of the "Rossiysky kosmos" jornal an article
- by the "Mars-500" project has been published.
The test subjects will have to assess service convenience and safety of the systems of the living and medical modules.
The unique stand base will make it possible to conduct research under conditions similar as a maximum to the actual conditions of a Martian mission.
The life-support systems used for the experiment were developed by JSC «NIIchimmash»’s specialists.
Over 1500 inventions made by NIICHIMMASH's employees are registered in Russia some of them are patented in Great Britain, Germany, the USA, France, Japan and other countries.
